I don’t blog, I write.
Descrição do blog em inglês (porque é no TTC que eu me sinto inspirada… E hoje a inspiração veio em inglês!…).
I don’t blog, I write. From the heart. From my personal experience, from the places that I am, from the people that are with me. Perhaps my blog should be called “Gabriela’s thoughts in Toronto”. I don’t know. I spend a lot of time thinking about life, and most of the time I get inspired… inspired to write, to share new experiences.
As I am living intensely here I have a chance to think about life – both past, present and future – the things I care about, the topics that drive me crazy, how good a nap is going to be, how my dog makes me happy, how I am deeply in love with my husband, and a LOT about my Canadian life. All my thoughts and feelings come material for this site. I don’t give you minute-to-minute, play-by-play details of my life. I don’t believe that is what this site should be about. I do believe that my life is here to inspire, encourage, motivate and positively challenge you (or maybe myself).
Why am I passionate about Toronto and everything surrond it? Because I simply love my life (and my life now is here, in Toronto). Why do I have a positive perspective on life? Because I learn that life is too short to live in darkness, emptiness. So, I (we) take chances! I want to be happy (people and myself). I want to wake up and face the day ahead with hope and happiness, and with a smile on my face.
The word “I” is used a lot in this blog simply because I am the one living this life. I am the one taking chances (and that is the reason this blog is called gabynocanada). So before you get all judgmental (wait, some of you already have), please know that it is through my personal life experiences that I am writing. There are no second opinions or examples. It is just me, myself, and my loved ones.
I don’t blog. I attempt to write and inspire myself (and perhaps others) every day.
